Preventing Violence in the Workplace: In additional to training managers on how to recognize the signs of potential violence in the workplace, we coordinate independent psychiatric examinations of employees thought to be possibly violent.

Training & Development: Priority presents a number of programs designed to develop the skills of managers and employees. Among the topics are Managing Change, Teambuilding, Real Communication, Negotiating, and Dealing with Difficult People.

Dealing with Substance Abuse in the Workplace: Priority offers training for managers to alert them to the symptoms of substance abuse in the workplace, consults on the development of substance abuse policies and procedures, and provides assessments of employees suspected of substance abuse at work.
